Benefits
JCHD offers competitive benefits to all employees who work here. Both part-time and full-time employees accrue PTO time. Full-time employees are eligible for health, dental and vision 30 days from hire date.
Health, Dental and Vision
Full-time JCHD employees have the option to enroll in health, dental and vision coverage provided by Hope Trust. We have a variety of plans to choose from to best suit your financial and healthcare needs.
Work Life Balance
Full-time staff at JCHD work a 35 hour work week and accrue 7 hours of vacation and 7 hours of sick per month. 14 hours of personal per year.
Part-time staff at JCHD work a 19 hour work week and accrue 3.75 hours of vacation and 3.75 hours of sick per month. 7.50 hours of personal time per year.
IMRF
The Illinois Municipal Retirement Fund is the states best funded retirement fund. All full-time JCHD employees are automatically enrolled in the plan.
Employer Contributions
By enrolling in our medical insurance, you are automatically enrolled into a life insurance plan of $15,000 and another $15,000 in case of dismemberment or ADD.
