Jackson County Health Department’s food program is responsible for permitting and regulating food service facilities operating in the county. Our goal is to eliminate the risk factors that can cause foodborne illness through community education, industry cooperation and responsible regulation.

The Jackson County Food Service Sanitation Ordinance requires that a copy of the current inspection report be posted in a conspicuous place in the establishment in view of the public.
