The Jackson County Food Service Sanitation Ordinance requires that a copy of the current inspection report be posted in a conspicuous place in the establishment in view of the public.  If you are interested in the inspections of other types of food services please contact the Environmental Health Division at 618-684-3143, ext. 128.
