Inclusion Goals

Organizational Culture

Ensure the leaders at all levels promote the vision for DEI by taking actions to increase diversity and equity in the workforce and maintain an inclusive workplace.

Communication

Develop compelling messages, including opportunities for dialogue, that encourage all employees to see the importance of DEI.

Consistency

Mature the DEI model to improve the consistency of desired outcomes by strengthening policies and procedures, utilizing technology, and enhancing training.

Community

Encourage DEI healthcare activities and events, and foster inclusion to provide information that will educate everyone to have an opportunity to achieve success.
