Patient Navigation
Our Breast Cancer Patient Navigation Program is here to support you and your loved ones every step of the way, from screening and diagnosis through treatment, survivorship, and recovery. Patient Navigators work one on one with individuals to help reduce stress and confusion during an often overwhelming time. Support is personalized to your needs, and services are available to both patients and caregivers. Our goal is to make sure you feel supported, informed, and empowered so you can focus on your health and healing.
Who Qualifies?
• Residents of Jackson, Monroe, Perry, Randolph, or Washington Counties
• Breast cancer patients and/or caregivers
Services are completely free – there is no cost, no insurance required, and no wrong time to reach out.

• Scheduling appointments
• Housing and utilities assistance
• Child care resources
• Prescription cost support

Lower Your Risk
You can reduce your risk of developing breast cancer by making healthy lifestyle choices, including:
• Maintaining a healthy weight
• Staying physically active
• Avoiding or limiting alcohol consumption
• Breastfeeding after childbirth, when possible
• Quitting smoking
