When can I get a shot (immunization/vaccine) at Jackson County Health Department and what forms should I complete?

The walk-in immunization clinic hours at Jackson County Health Department are:

Mondays        8:30-3:30

Tuesdays      8:30-5:30

Wednesdays 8:30-3:30

Thursdays     8:30-3:30

Fridays          8:30-3:30

For those under age 19, please complete the Patient Vaccines for Children (VFC) form before your first immunization visit.

Bring your immunization record with you every time you come for shots.


Am I eligible to be vaccinated at Jackson County Health Department?

Regardless of county of residence, anyone is eligible for vaccination at Jackson County Health Department.
